VAMP Core is a server that lives in your office and holds your footage.
Every editor runs VAMP on their own Mac as usual. Instead of passing drives around, the footage sits on Core, cataloged once, and everyone browses and pulls from the same place.
Core is in development. We are working out the hardware and the setup with a few studios first.
